Paytm — Mobile phone received in damaged condition & open seal....Return not accepted by Paytm

We are requesting for refund of full amount against my order Order# [protected] as product (mobile phone) was received in damaged condition & seal was also not available on box. First we request for return pickup which paytm objected to doso saying that pick up is not available in my city (How is this possible if delivery is possible in same city Barnala-Punjab). Such a pathetic service and response towards customer is really shameful. Have been following with customer care since last 15 days thru mail but no effective response from them. Only thing they are doing is generating different ticket numbers.
