Paytm — Mobile problem

Its been more than month i am chasing to return my product but no action has been taken till now. More than 10 times i have given return request but no one has done anything regarding my issue. Order number: [protected]. Your ticket no is 04204939, these many times i got my query number [protected]. But still no response. Is this the right approach to deal with the customer such a pathetic response. Even 3-4 times i called also and every executive only apologize and only lie that return pick up will be done with in few days. May i know when this few days will come. Please return
