Hi, I had purchased htc desire 820 phone from paytm and only reason I purchased from paytm by paying high price than competition was net price after cashback was low. However inspite of multiple mails and queries there is no cashback credited yet and no updates. Its more than a week passed and no response. This is big amount and I am feeling cheated now.
