Paytm — Mobile Recharge failed not refunding | |||||
Hi, I have recharged my mobile [protected] on 15th Dec 2015, from paytm.com from my order page it is showing successfully recharged, but I didnt get any recharge amount. I have called to Vodafore care, they are telling me, not received any recharge yet. I have complaint to Paytm support, they are telling me they are looking it, but 6 days gone, neither received any amount nor they back my money. even on order page not showing my mobile number where as my previous have shown it. (I have attached the screenshot) . Also I am attaching my invoice regarding this recharge. Please take care of it Was this information helpful? | |||||
