Paytm — Mobile recharge not received

I have selected paytm for vodaphn Mobile recharge on my number [protected] and order number is [protected] still I have not received balance on my number of rs 250 full talktime . I have done recharge on 14/08/2015 I want my money back into my account as soon as possible .
