Paytm — Mobile Recharge pending | |||||
Had a worst experience I placed an order (Mobile Recharge) on dated 15th Oct, 2015 Order No. # [protected], 15th Oct, 15 @ 10:42 am against which Rs. 100/- had been paid by me but after the payment done by me its showing Waiting for operator confirmation. today is 17th Oct, 2015, still I am waiting for my order to be complete (i.e. around 56 hours ).i have sent 03 mails to Paytm and #frustrating part is on first complaint (Ticket #[protected]: Recharge - Recharge Pending) got the reply that "We will keep trying to get the final status of your recharge and will refund your amount in your Paytm wallet if do not hear anything from them in next 24 hours." on the second complaint ( Ticket #[protected]: Recharge - Recharge Pending) got the reply that " We will keep trying to get the final status of your recharge and will refund your amount in your #Paytm wallet if do not hear anything from them in next 24-48 hours." when I wrote the third complaint ( Ticket #[protected]: Recharge - Recharge Pending) 4 hours ago still awaiting for their reply.
