Paytm Mobile Solutions — 1000 rs recharge in jugnoo paytm wallet but unable to use

I have recharged 1000rs on march 3rd at 1:07pm which is showing in jugnoo paytm wallet but i have not used it. And now the paytm wallet balance is showing 0rs which is unacceptable. I raised complaint with jugnoo. They said because the money need added to paytm wallet so will be taken care by you. 2nd things my jugnoo paytm wallet and my payttm is not linked.. I don't know.. I am frustrated i want my money back it's been more than a week i am fighting for it.. Call me as soon as possible
