I am Nihad Ameer a paytm user with upi ID [protected]@paytm & Phone Number [protected], my phone has been hacked and 2 fraudulent activities has been reported on my phone thrugh paytm @ 6:18 AM & 6:20 AM, 22 Feb 2022 which i have lost 12, 276 Rupees as Rent Payment to Mohammed Firdouz, [protected] is the number i got from my passbook, i tried contacting the the number and that number was not responding so i logged a complaint on same date @ 7:18 AM, Ticket ID [protected] and later called toll free number and registered another ticket : [protected] : and paytm executive informed that transaction is on processing stage & will block the payment and backend team will contact me within 48 hours, ( Till now i have not received any call form the backend team regarding this ) i made a follow up yesterday (23-Feb) and today and i have not received any updates and when i contacted paytm my call was not getting connected
Today i got a message from paytm instead of blocking the transaction which was informed 2 days back Paytm has made that transaction to the fraudulent federal bank account (Receipt attached) ..i contacted SBI Bank which my payment has gone and they informed to contact paytm regarding this as money transfer happened through paytm ..
I am a Paytm user and this is the first time I am having such a bad experience and the money i lost is of a Big Value. Kindly request you to look at this and help me to get my money back as I have already reported this issue within 1 hour from the fraudulent transaction time to block this payment. you can call me anytime @ +91 [protected]
