Paytm Mobile Solutions — 400 rupees over changed for check in baggage | |||||
I choosed spice jet flight sg-704 from paytm to travel mumbai to varanasi for date 8feb, 2018. And i choosed check in baggage. And in my paytm ticket it was clearly written that 15 kg of check in baggage is allowed. But on 8feb while moving for boarding, the guy of spice jet who give boarding pass asked me to pay extra 400rs for hand baggage though my baggage was just 6.5 kg. And when i shown my ticket where 15 kg check in baggage is mentioned, he said there is mistake by paytm. I had to pay 400 for that.
