Paytm Mobile Solutions — about not getting cash back

I boked a saree of saree mall with offer on 50% cash back but after delivery till now not got any cash back... When my order had booked the msg i recieve that below

"order placed: we have received your order for sareemall beige khadi silk saree with unstitched blouse. It will be delivered by wed, 13 dec. Download the new paytm mall app for great offers http://pytm.ml/upgrade"
