I have book train ticket through irctc contact payment pay through paytm wallet. Affter ticket cancelation statuus shown on site that amount refund to paytmsdk bank. But i have not received amount in my account till now. I have too try many time to paytm customer but he says that i cant help you because u have done paymment to irctc through paytm wallet.

Updated by suresh2513 I have booked train ticket through irctc rail contact mobile app and payment pay through paytm wallet. Now i have done my cancellled my. Ticket but after ticket cancel amount not credited in my account till now. On irctc site status of refund is shown that amount refunde in paytmsdk bank. Till now not received amount in my account and paytm wallet.
