Till 3 days gone i am facing problem with my paytm account. I can't reset my account password. It is in block status.
When i mailed regarding this issue then i got an mail about resetting password procedure from paytm. But what they given no was not connect through my airtel registered mobile no.
No are[protected] /[protected]
So that i again mailed about the issue i am facing to reset password through my number and asking them to give another way of reset password but till yet i am not getting any reply mail from them.
Due to this issue i can't transact from my wallet balance.
What they are doing now a days.
Totally dissatisfied for the type of customer service this time.
