Paytm Mobile Solutions — Account closing on cibil site and various credit site

Hi sir/madam,

I had opted for postpaid account on Paytm app and got 3500 rupees which was approved by Aditya Birla Capital. And I paid the amount on[protected] and asked for closing my account and it is closed on Paytm app. But problem is that they are not closing my account on various credit report platform because of that my cibil is not improving.
I tried to reach them but could not be successful ...it's all not reply they have implemented ..so please consider it and help me out ..such a irresponsible behaviour and fraud company they are

Meri bhi same prob h mere m satteld show ho raha h koi bharne ka option nahi a raha h m Kahan se bharu samajh nahi a raha h meri cibil bhi esse kharab ho rahi h please help me
