Paytm Mobile Solutions — Account created with the same email id and phone number and all data and money lost

I have a paytm account with my email id [protected]@yahoo.com which had a cash balance of 1300 rs.
My account got recreated as anew one on Saturday i.e.[protected] and all my money and transactions got deleted. The new Account is created with the same email id and phone number.

I have received no emails regarding the same and I have been following up with the customer service of paytm but no response have been received yet.
Please help to resolve the issue.
