My name is Amit Dagli., and Advocate by profession. Paytm is going to make people fool by not giving answer and not refund at earliest.
I have paid Rs.350/-(Paytm Order No: [protected]) as Adani Bill at my customer ID. My Adani Gas Registered ID is # [protected]. The said amount has been deducted from my Bank account. I have verified from my bank. After completing there is screen also said that transaction completed. Now read what Paytm says:
Your payment of Rs.335 for Order [protected] on Adani Gas Limited could not be processed. If money has been deducted from your account, your bank will inform us the same within 2 working days.
I tries to contact Paytm officer, surprisingly Paytm is fully aware that money is deducted but seeking clarification from my bank. They not specifying which type of clarification they want and why. I tried many time to contact Paytm but there are only voice driven menu. I/we and people cant talk with their officer. I have write email on their system but they have not contacted me. I am unable to contact them. 9th January, 2017 is last day, there after Rs.50/- will be charged extra by Adani. In electronic system, payment is verified in two minutes, while Paytm seek clarification from Bank, surprise.
I will not trust Paytm as they are not publishing telephone number for talking and understanding.
