[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — after 17 days, i have not receive my money back to my bank account | |||
I was very big customer of paytm from last 3 years. But recently i feel that paytm don't care about their loyal and regular customer. Because when i purchased a product through debit card and after delivery i return the product due to poor quality. (Order no-[protected]) paytm has refund my money to paytm wallet. After that a option has given in the wallet that click on "return to bank". After clicking on this return to bank option my money transfer status showing "request pending" continuously from last 17 days & till now. (Transaction id-[protected]) regarding this issue i have already 7 times contacted to paytm customer care and every time they suggested that please keep patience for some time. I have already raise a complaint regarding this issue on paytm. I want to refund my money back to my bank account immediately otherwise i have to go to consumer court. Jan 25, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Today's, after 24 days finally i have received my money back to my bank account. Great job by Paytm customer care support. It's late but OK. Thanks to Paytm customer care team and Consumercomplaint.in also.
