Paytm Mobile Solutions — amount debited to my savings account and recharge not successful

On 5th jan, 2019, i try to recharge an amount of rs.398/- for my prepaid mobile by opening ideacellular web site. But the amount was gone to paytm without my intention thru transaction id no.20190105111212800110168125951488101 of rs.348/- by taking the cash back of rs.50/-. Recharge was not done and my amount was not credited to my bank account. Pl. Look into the matter and send the refund to my savings account. One more thing i do not have any paytm account.

Recharge was not done and my amount was not credited to my bank account. Pl. look into the matter and send the refund to my savings account. One more thing I do not have any PAYTM account.
