Paytm Mobile Solutions — Amount deducted but recharge pending for a long time

Respected sir/madam, I have done summer surprize offer recharge of Rs303/- on 07 apr 17 on 08:52 pm (order no [protected], DC no [protected]). It has been 37 hours since that recharge but it says operator conformation awaited. Rs303/-were debited my bank account but I did not receive the recharge confirmation message. I want to cancel my order and refund my money as early as I have already recharged my no with other merchant.
