Recharge of 500 in my Delhi metro card done on 17 Dec 2016 by my roommate.
The recharge of 500 rupees is still not credited in the card after 7 days. The customer care is just sending generic mail and not responding when replied on top of it. They IVRS customer care is also not providing option to connect to the authority. Just a random ticket is generated abd such BS.
