Paytm Mobile Solutions — amount deducted from bank but not being reflected in the paytm wallet.

I was adding around rs 7, 500 to my paytm wallet a few days back and continously getting stuck at a window saying that there had been sime technical error, it kept happening 3 to 4 more times and nothing was added to my wallet whereas the given amount had been deducted from my bank account which i found very strange as it had never happened to me before even though i was aware of money getting stuck at the gateway as it has happened to my acquaintances quite a few times but it was a first for me. It has been 4 days since the amount was deducted from my bank account and my money has still not been refunded nor did i get any message regarding my refund from paytm. I want a detailed report regarding the issue from paytm and obviously urge paytm to refund my amount as soon as possible as i am in a dire need of the said amount.
