Paytm Mobile Solutions — Amount deducted from bank but not showing in my payTM Wallet

Hello Team,

I have added 500 rs on 12th Apr 2017 to my PayTM wallet. Money got deducted from my Bank account(AXIS Bank), however it is still not reflecting in my payTM wallet.

I have lodged one complaint as on 12 Apr 2014 500 rs got deducted from my account but same has not been added to my payTM wallet.

When one of payTM employee named Mahendra (employee id - PTM30741) called me regarding that he was asking about my debit card details and when I refused to provide my card pin he behaved very rudely and without solving my problem he just hang on.

When I have given screenshot of my transaction and also giving debit card number then what is the need of pin. And how can someone talk this much rudely to a customer.

Also he was not ready to provide any alternative. This is extremely shameful for a company to having a employee like him or having a policy who force customer to provide their bank details to solve any issue.

My below order is showing pending from long time. Money got deducted from my account, but recharge not done.No customer care number also to check.Didn't got any reply from the [protected]@paytm also. Recharge of Vodafone prepaid [protected] Order No: [protected] 12 April '17 5:42 pm
Please either confirm the order or cancel so that I can retry, but it is very painful to keep the Television / Set Up box on and wait for recharge to process successfully.
