Paytm Mobile Solutions — amount deducted from my account and not received by the person | |||
I made a transaction on paytm on dec 10, 2017 transaction number [protected].. I sent rs 300 to someone which got deducted from my account but not sent to the receivers account.. I've been texting paytm care everyday but there is no response from paytm side.. I have the screenshot of passbook of the recievers account.. I sent them that also.. Im trying hard to contact customer care but they dont have any voice customer support service in india.. No response from paytm side.. Please do the needful asap..
