Paytm Mobile Solutions — Amount deducted from paytm wallet but transaction did not completed

I was transferring money from my paytm wallet to an account of pnb on 23.08.2016 12.10 pm. Yet i did not completed the transaction, cancelled it before, though the amount of 1041.67 is deducted from my paytm wallet. The status of transaction is dispalying as pending. 24 hours have been gone. I dis not get my money back in paytm wallet. How can i get my money back?
