Paytm Mobile Solutions — Amount diducted bt not recieved in bank account

My money is diducted from paytm bt still not credited in my account. please solve this problem as soon as possible otherwise i ll sue on paytm. i had deposited money in paytm 28 december 2016 and paid to my bank but still not recieved my bank on 6 january 2017. its been so long at least 9 days but yet not received in my bank account. what should i do .
