Wallet transaction ID is [protected] On 1st January 2017, I have transferred Rs 750/- in my nephew’s account. The details like Transaction ID and other details are mentioned in the attachments along with this mail. After various follow-ups, my issue is still not resolved. The way PAYTM IVR & Complaint resolution function behaves is absolutely pathetic. There are absolutely no robust Customer grievance handling mechanism in place to satisfy customers. I must say that the amount of time the customer care spend to resolve queries is very disappointing. There are no escalation matrix available & there are no details of Nodal authority & appellate authority mentioned in the website. I would urge all seniors to please look in to the same and resolve.
