I was make a payment of rs. 1500/- by scanning qr code to srk industries against order id20190104 [protected] for purchase some item. When i scan this qr code then same name show there for payment proceed and payment made from my side to same merchant.
But this payment does not received by shopkeeper then i make a complaint on same time against query no.[protected] which reply received by paytm that this payment settled from my side after that i was trying to call to paytm customer care but no one response from there.
In last, i was send a mail to nodal officer of paytm who reply me that this payment transferred to sk auto gas account and it will settle from their account then i provide all document of payment screen shot, passbook screen shot, shopkeeper bank statement etc for reverse this amount but he continuously send same mail for settlement of payment and told us to contact to that merchant whose i never meet and pay that amount.
So, i request to you that please help to resolve this matter which transferred to wrong account by paytm internally or clerical mistakes. All supporting documents also attached with this request.
My paytm wallet no [protected] (Name:- sachin sharma) and this transaction was made on 04/01/2019 09:52 pm.
