Paytm Mobile Solutions — Amount not credited in my account | |||||
On 28.3.2017, i received a amount of Rs.285/- from my Friend mobile wallet to my wallet (Mobile no.[protected]), subsequently i reset paytm password due to unable to access when i went to utilize. After reset my password successfully. and found the said amount not reflected in wallet passbook. and subsequently i am sending somany mail to [protected]@paytm.com. and they replied me but there is no use and my amount not reflected even though after 50days. They said the said amount available old wallet but i am using same mobile number both old and new wallet. and i already shared whatever available evidence with me (Screen shot of money sender ).
