I tried to recharge my DTH through paytm mobile application which lead to a failed transaction. But amount got deducted from my account. When paytm customer care was contacted regarding the issue, there was no proper communication from them. They replied as the recharge is done for incorrect DTH num, and asked me to send a correct one so that they can recharge it again. And there is no response since i have sent a correct dth num.
