Paytm Mobile Solutions — amount transferred in wrong location

I have transferred an amount of inr 10000 in two installment as inr 5000 each into my paytm wallet. Order ids are [protected] & [protected]. But this amount is not transferred into my paytm wallet. Instead of wallet this amount is transferred into paytm gift voucher which i never used. Kindly transferred this amount into my paytm wallet. I called paytm customer care center but nobody answer my call. They keep call on hold for long time.
