Paytm Mobile Solutions — Amount transferred to bank from wallet but not received in bank account | |||||
I transferred amount rs. 2, 379 from my paytm wallet to my bank on 13th june. The status of the transfer is still pending after 15 days. On contacting paytm again and again they just open a new case and say that our escalation team will handle the issue in 24 hours and you will get the amount. Now when i contact, they say that since it has already been more than 3 days since the failed transaction, it is taking more time to investigate. Please help me to get the amount back. Mere paytm walet se balance kt Gaya or mujhe bank me transfer karana th but nahi Gaya or paytm Care me 10 baar call KR Diya but koi bhi response nahi, bol dete h ho jaega pls help me
