Approx. Rs. 14000 balance from my paytm wallet was gone when I logged into the account on 19th January, 2017. I tried logging in again but to no avail. I had registered complaints twice on paytm customer care number on 19th and 20th of January but the company has not yet contacted me till now. With the usage of Paytm increasing day by day, this is such a bad example of service on part of the company. I just hope my complaint gets serviced ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||||
