Paytm Mobile Solutions — automatically order cancellation without notification/reason | |||||
Dear paytm team, I have placed 2 order on paytm below are order number, 1) [protected] 2) [protected] Above both order got dispatched and while getting update on tracking details suddenly we show "cancel initiated" where we have not cancelled order. After contacting customer care they said reason like they have made your account "flat" what does it mean? - we dont understood and said they will contact you after 72 hours and refunds will be initiated later. So is this paytm using customer money and earning interest?, or why paytm didnt called up before and informed?, we have used just of having trust on paytm. We need solutions as early as possible.
