Paytm Mobile Solutions — Bad bus services | |||||
We booked bus from nainital to delhi which takes about 9 hours and ordered luxurious bus though we were provided small bus which was not even comfortable for sitting. We have raised same with payment though they are not willing to do anything about it. Our whole journey was nightmare and driver was so careless that he would have run a bus on one man. How can a service provider be so careless towards their customers life and these travel provided charge for a luxury bus and only provide mini bus just to maximise their profit and paytm is supporting these people by not doing anything.
