Paytm Mobile Solutions — Balance deducted from bank account but not added to paytm wallet.

I used my debit card to pay ₹5300 in paytm wallet of a shopkeeper on date 12/01/2017. Once it failed so i tried for ₹4000 but it again failed. The amount of ₹[protected]+4000) has already been debited from my bank account (Sbbj a/c no. [protected]). No reference id or number provided by paytm. 2 days passed but the amount is still not loaded into the shopkeeper's paytm wallet.
Please help.
