Paytm Mobile Solutions — balance transferring

From 20.02.2019 i m chasing with paytm to transfer my balance amount to my new sim no, but still is not yet settled.

Dear team,

I hv lost cell no[protected].

& for my another no [protected] i m not an registered user.

Pls refer to my trail mail.

Kindly trf / update balance to my new no [protected] so that i can use the balance amount.

Kindly guide me how to settle my amount
