[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — bank transaction - amount debited from my account but not received on the other end | |
I sent an amount of 500 rs through upi linked with paytm account on 11/12/17. The amount debited from my account, but is not received on the other end. I tried to reach paytm through various sources like their issue registering feature on app or through contact number, but no response. When contacted through phone, they made me wait a lot for the call for which i paid. So not the service i was expecting. Change the line "we care" to "we don't". My 500 is lost in the parallel world i guess. Was this information helpful? | |
