Paytm Mobile Solutions — Bank transfer to my account no still pending

Dear Sir,
I transferred Rs 1700/- on 27th April 2017 to my bank account no [protected]. But the amount is still pending. I mean 20 days to transfer a small amount is unacceptable. My paytm registered mobile no is [protected]. I have contacted paytm several times but their reply was it will take 2-3 business days to resolve the issue. n after 4 days i used to contact them but again their mail came showing it will take 2-3 business days to resolve the issue.. now 20 days are gone and it's still pending. kindly help me to get my money back.
