Paytm Mobile Solutions — bus departs before departure time | |
I booked a bus from paytm (Pnr[protected] ) for 27th feb 3.10 am departure time from delhi to karnal. But at 1.55 am i received a message from bus operator that bus will depart at 2.30 am. I was totally shocked because i was not able to board the bus before its departure time. I immediately called bus operator & he replied that they do'not have any bus with the departure timing of 3.10 am. After this conversation i called at paytm customer care & they replied bus operator is not picking up the call, you may arrange any other option at your own & we will pay for that. With the assurance of paytm executive, i booked a taxi for which i paid 1800/- This complaint was logged on 27 feb around 2.00am & since then paytm had asked me some screenshots of message received from bus operator. And i shared the same immediately. But on 4 march my issue ended up with the resolution that bus operator denied for refund. I am astonished to see the resolution that i booked it through paytm. I shared the screenshot. How could you reply me like this. If you are at operator side, why did you ask for screenshot. Because of your assurance i booked a taxi for which i paid 1800.
