Paytm Mobile Solutions — Bus ticket is confirmed but bus not avaible

I traveled shimla to delhi to enjoy my new year 2017. but this new year is Worst new year for me because of Paytm bus service. i like paytm services and i support paytm cashless transactions. 1st time i booked bus ticket from paytm and i am not satisfied with this bus service.

on Sunday evening i reached boarding point with my friends on time. the bus details paytm is provided to me city land travel and contact no. is not valid. in the office of bus company no one is available and the contact no is not reachable, switch off and not available every time.

and in the boarding point there are 200-250 peoples are shouting and waiting for the bus. there are only one or two buses are available and these are semi deluxe buses.and all the seats are full who are waiting from 8 pm.

peoples pay[protected] rs for Volvo bus and they provide ordinary type buses.

i did not find any seat or any Volvo bus to travel at that point in 11:30 pm of Sunday.

its important to me to reach on time my office in Delhi at Monday morning.then i decide to cancel the ticket and booking for cab. i tried half hour to connect with paytm to cancel the ticket but my call is not connected every time i try.
then i left that place or booked a cab for Delhi.

on Monday morning i registered complaint for this issue and at that time paytm executive registered my complaint and told if you face these problems u will get refund for your bus ticket and get feed back with in 24 hours. but i did not get any call, mail, or sms regarding my complaint after two days i again make call and ask for my complaint then the other executive told me your complaint is in process or we will revert you with in 24 hours again i did not get revert from your side. and call again after two days after 48 hours.

today morning talked to Ms Neha or Babita they told me there is no problem at that time. bus is on time and every thing is ok. you did not get your refund.

you can talk to our agent with travel company if i booked my bus ticket through paytm then why i call to them and ask for refund. i dont want to talk to those cheat peoples i book my ticket through paytm and i only get my refund through paytm.

i am a happy customer of paytm. this is my 1st bad experience with this company. i am happy with latest news about paytm is getting license for banking service. i support cashless transaction, i support paytm.

i have full faith my query is solved as soon as possible with satisfactory reason.
