Hi, Kindly inform to you i have booked 2 ticket Chennai to Rameswaram outgoing and incoming through paytm site..but boarding points address (shoinganallur water tank) wating time 9.25 pm to 12.pm but bus not came at the boarding points ..then call to paytm customer care and discussed the issue. So request the cancel the visit plan both ticket.. and told to customer care team within 24 Horus refunds the all amounts..so requst to you please helm us.. Please find the attachment detail..
