I booked a bus ticket of MR travel via Paytm from Pune to Vadodara of aprox amount 5k. The bus arrival time was 12:15 am as per the booking schedule, but it came around 2:00 am. MR travel’s driver was lying of arrival time for an hour. I asked the operator to cancel my bus. He told to ask to the Paytm. When I called paytm agent he told me that I will be entitled for the refund as I was waiting for more than hour. I raised a ticket for the refund. After few days, paytm said that operator denied the refund. As per policy I was entitled for the refund but now Both paytm and bus operator both are denying the refund. Paytm is not taking any action against this fraud. Both are taking advantage of the situation by playing blame game. Pathetic service by paytm and MR travel. Requesting help for the refund.
