Paytm Mobile Solutions — Cancel order on jio recharge

This complaint w. R. T jio prime summer surprise offer recharge of rs 303-/- (With promo code applied) for my job number:[protected]) where i have done the transaction yesterday on 7 april through paytm app. The transaction status says that "payment of rs. 303 received by paytm but it is due with jio operator for confirmation.
Now i want to cancel the order and get my money back because what if recharge successful today but i dont get the jio summer surprise benefit
I expect the transaction to be successful and i must get the benefit of the offer.
