Paytm Mobile Solutions — cancellation stuck since 4th october 2018 | |||||
I initiated cancellation of a order [protected] on 4th october 2018, when it was just dispatched. The cancellation has been in pending status since then, with no update whatsoever. It does not let me raise a ticket, with a message that refund is not yet initiated, so please wait till that time and contact bank if refund is not received after that. The [protected]@paytm.com email bounces back saying it is no longer monitored. App does not let me raise a ticket Customer care phone number is not responsive for more than 8 mins (The max i waited) How do i contact them? And how do i get the refund?
