I have been delivered a defective product (Hp omen laptop) on 3-nov-18. Paytm has approved the return request on 13-nov-18 after intervention from the hp team. Till today i have neither received my refund nor i have received the new laptop. I have written more than 20 mails but have not received any response from paytm. I have called their customer care team but no body is responding. Today, i have received another message that no-cost emi has been cancelled by paytm but my credit card statement has been generated.
