Paytm Mobile Solutions — Cash had not transferred to, bank but money is deducted from paytm wallet

Sir/mam, i had transfered money of 500 rupess to my repective bank account. It had been shown that transfered is sucess but money is not added to my bank account rather money is deducted from my paytm wallet. Now i have been used to put complain but nither bank or paytm refunding my money.
