Paytm Mobile Solutions — cashback amount not received yet | |
On 17.08.2017 i ordered a phone from paytm which was eligible for a cashback of rs.5750. The cashback was to be transferred within 24hrs of shipment. The order was shipped on 19.08.2017 and was delivered on 22.08.2017 but till date i had not received my cashback yet. [protected] is my order no. I registered my query with paytm on 22.08.2017. 36374645 is my query ticket number. I'm not able to contact any customer care executive from paytm.
