There is offer on groffers from august 9th 2019 to august 11th 2019, if we shop and pay bill minnimum of 1800 from paytm upi there is a cashback of 15% to paytm wallet. This was offer during those 3 sale days. I made a transaction of 1828 and also paid from paytm upi on august 10th 2019, but till now i didn't receive cash back. There was also another open offer from paytm that 2 transactions should be made with in a week grom groffers shopping and payment should be made from paytm upi this was on all days this should be activated from paytm app and i did not activate it it. Both offers are different and i didn't activate the second offer paytm has activated on their own when i made a transaction and whenever i make a complaint they are saying as 2nd offer was activated by you sorry for the mistakeand one more transaction has to be done before 17th august, as you failed we are not sending cash back. When there is a sale in groffers and open offer how can paytm activate second offer without our knowledge andmake us fools without sending cash back. I made my 1st complaint on august 16th till now i made complaint nearly 15times by paytm chat and more than 20 calls, when ever i call they will say as by mistake it was activated by us and we are very sorry for that please wait for 2days for the cashbak but it was nearly 45 days i didn't get any cashback.
