Paytm Mobile Solutions — Cashback is wrongly not granted | |||||
I have already written more than 5 emails to PayTM official email. However, they are not releasing my cashback. It is very strange that you are repeatedly mentioning that I am not eligible for the cashback without any valid reasoning or justification. Further, plaese note that I am able to provide not one but many reasons why I should get the cashback and too is very clearly mentioned in my last email. If there is some technical issue at your end or your offer doesnot properly provide for terms that is definately my fault. Further, if there was any such non eligibility criteria than your representatives could have told me on my asking them. Also, your site /terms should have also clearly mentioned the same, and now you cant say as per your discretion and that too against your own terms. Further, I think you should escalate this to an authority above you for further resolving. Please share the co ordinates of your senior or equivalent who shall be able to take this forward. Hi. Kindly note that I am eligible for the cashback due to following reasons: I have duly followed entire process as mentioned on your website (please see below attached) I have used the valid promocode (please see below attached) I have complied with your terms and conditions (please see below attached) I had called and spoke to your representative at the time of making payment and they confirmed the offer. Also, please note that I have followed each step as explained by them and I was told that I will get my cashback in 15 days or so.
