It was mentioned at the time of booking that there will be 40% of flat cashback with this booking which i have not received till now. This was the only reason i chose to book from paytm instead of oyo directly even though the cost was cheaper there.
Yes i have already checked it and on the main page it was clearly written flat 40% and there was no information to apply any code. Moreover no code was provided at the time of booking as well. This is tricking the users to do the booking and its highly misleading.
If there was a conditon or additional step needed to be done, it should have an asterisk* with the details.
Dont fool the customers. I know most o[censored]s are not aware of the rights and procedures to stand for it. But i do.
I want the correct resolution on this as soon as possible or provide me the escalation deppt contacts.
Pathetic service and support as they only are sending automated responses.
Not expected from a big platform and for an old customer.
