There was an offer campaign from May 1-May 31, 2022 on rental transactions.
It has said flat 2% up to 1000 rupees cashback for the 3 rental Transactions.
Please refer the rule no 1 in the offer campaign screenshot attached.
I made 1st rent payment and received cashback on 4th May.
On the 10th of May, I made the 2nd rent payment and Received cashback on the 10th of May.
On 11th May I made the 3rd rent payment, for the same I have not received the 2% cashback Can I know why?
So I have made a transaction of 49000, which means the cashback should be 980 rupees.
So can you please check and tell me why did I not receive the promised cashback as per the campaign terms and conditions?
And this campaign offer is active while the transaction happened. Then why did no cashback given for the transaction?
I talked to Paytm Customer Support via Twitter and they are saying 500 Cashback points are credited against the transaction, and the cashback offer is not applied to this transaction, but that is not the case. If the cashback is given to 1st and 2nd transactions, why not 3rd transactions?
The flat 2% cashback offer is active, and the only offer is active while the transaction happened, and I should be getting 2% cashback, not cashback points.
So can you please check and tell me why did I not receive the promised cashback as per the campaign terms and conditions?
